When you purchase access to an episode, series, or bonus material (whether through a “permanent purchase” or “temporary rental”), the content is unlocked and made available to you for viewing the moment payment is confirmed.
Since these are not tangible physical goods that can be returned in their original condition, we do not accept returns.
- Final Sales and No Refund Policy
