Welcome to Hitmart Series (hereinafter, “the Site”, “we”, or “the Platform”), operated through the website hitmartstudios.com.mx.
By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or acquiring any type of digital content (through purchase or rental) on our Site, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we ask that you do not use our platform.
1. Nature of the Service
Hitmart Series is an independent Video On Demand (VOD) platform. We offer users the ability to access exclusive audiovisual content through a Pay-Per-View model.
Our services are mainly divided into two access modalities:
- Permanent Purchase: Grants the user the continuous right to access and view the acquired content through their account on our platform, for as long as the Site remains operational.
- Temporary Rental: Grants the user the right to view the content for a specific period (e.g., 48 hours) from the moment the transaction is confirmed. Once the period expires, access is automatically revoked.
Under no circumstances does the purchase or rental grant the right to download the original video files to the user’s devices.
2. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content hosted on the platform, including but not limited to: episodes, short films, original series (such as Amazing She-Hulk), logos, text, graphics, audio, and programming code, are the exclusive property of Hitmart Series or their respective creators, and are protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws.
Strict Restrictions: Upon purchasing access, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license solely for the private viewing of the content. It is strictly prohibited to:
- Copy, download, screen record, capture, reproduce, or extract the video content in any way.
- Distribute, broadcast, share passwords, or sublicense access to the content to third parties.
- Exhibit the content in public places or for commercial purposes.
Any violation of these terms will result in the immediate and permanent cancellation of the user’s account without the right to a refund, and we reserve the right to take legal action.
3. User Accounts
To make a purchase or rental, you may need to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
- The acquired access is strictly for individual use. The system may monitor simultaneous access from multiple IP addresses to prevent unauthorized sharing.
4. Payments, Fees, and Billing
All prices published on the platform are subject to change without prior notice. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (such as PayPal).
- Hitmart Series does not directly process or store bank data or credit/debit card numbers.
- By making a transaction, you guarantee that you have the legal right to use the selected payment method.
- Access to the content will be granted automatically once the payment processor confirms that the transaction was successful.
5. Refund Policy

6. Service Availability
We strive to keep the platform and video streams available 24 hours a day. However, the service may experience temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control relating to the delivery servers (CDN) or the user’s internet connection. Hitmart Series shall not be liable for the user’s inability to access the content due to failures in their local internet provider or incompatibility of their devices.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. For any legal controversy that may arise from the interpretation or execution of these terms, the user agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city of Puebla, Puebla, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
8. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the platform after the posting of modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
